During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, registered mobile phone number, and any additional details requested as part of the KYC verification process. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bh111 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure or have shared it with another person.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bh111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. 5Bonuses and Promotions

6Betting Rules and Game Conduct

These game-specific rules are published within the game interface or sporting market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for game-related disputes.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bh111 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using falsified or borrowed personal details, for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity. bh111 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without notice to the account holder.
• Exploiting software bugs, undocumented features, or pricing errors to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided regardless of whether the exploit was discovered before or after the funds were withdrawn.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or any other activity designed to give one or more players an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.

bh111 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed and any balances held pending investigation. Where criminal conduct is suspected, bh111 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

8Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bh111 will notify the player of any account closure by email or through the Platform's messaging system where reasonably practicable.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh111 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial loss, even if bh111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bh111's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by bh111's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the bh111 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and multimedia content, is the exclusive property of bh111 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from bh111. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bh111 encourages players who have a complaint or dispute to contact the customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes can be resolved promptly and amicably through direct communication.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with bh111 support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. bh111 will respond to all formal written dispute notices within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
